What we offer

We are looking for a Junior Client Services Manager who can excel in a complex digital environment. We offer an interesting and exciting role with a high level of autonomy, responsibility, and ownership in your role from day one. You will be exposed to various internal colleagues and external stakeholders and have the chance to gather valuable knowledge about technology, operations and project management.

Your responsibilities

  • Project Management: Work on assigned projects and be responsible for planning, executing and delivering the agreed solutions to meet specific business objectives and customer needs
  • Operations: Execute regular data loads with subsequent data processing; ensure data quality by executing quality checks and remediate identified issues
  • Account Management: Respond directly to clients’ requests and issues raised, ensure collection of requirements and follow up until delivery with the product managers
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate project execution

Your qualifications

  • University degree (Bachelor) or equivalent in Banking/Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or IT
  • Industry-specific and/or project management experience are a considerable asset
  • Microsoft Office and Database (e.g. MS SQL) skills
  • Knowledge and experience in using modern information and communication technologies to facilitate projects
  • Precise and reliability working method
  • A team player with entrepreneurial drive, who is pro-active and independent
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)
  • Start date: to be discussed
